Ok, so myself and anyone else not sure what attributes do what I have found some information. I still am not sure what the difference between normal and Kinetic damage is though.
Primary Stats
All primary stats give 1% crit for every 140 (at level 50)
Aim gives 0.2 ranged damage
Strength gives 0.2 melee damage
Cunning gives 0.2 tech damage
Will power gives 0.2 force damage
Secondary Stats
Presence – boots companion health, damage and healing
Power – adds melee, force and tech damage
Force/Tech Power – Found on weapons, works like Power but does not provide melee/ranged damage
Accuracy – Gives +hit and gives armor/spell pen over 100%
Crit – gives melee, force and tech crit
Surge – increased critical damage
Armor – reduces physical and kinetic damage (all Tech and Force powers unless listed otherwise are Kinetic)
Defense – increases Parry/Deflect (deflect is just ranged parry)
Shield – increases chance to be shielded on attack
Absorption – increases the % of damage shaved off shielded attacks
Alacrity – Cast/channel Haste
Expertise – PvP stat. Increases damage and healing done, reduces damage taken.

Although you will see the 2.6 patch notes fairly soonâ„¢, I wanted to show you guys the changes we have made for Concealment Ops and talk a bit about why you didn’t see survivability changes yet. First the 2.6 changes!
- Surgical Strikes now increases the damage dealt by Shiv, Overload Shot, and Backstab by 5% (up from 4%).
- Collateral Strike now has a 50/100% chance to trigger when Laceration is used (up from 35/70%).
- Culling now increases the damage dealt by Laceration and Collateral Strike by 3/6% (up from 2/4%) and recovers 4/8 energy whenever Collateral Strike damages an enemy target (down from 5/10).
- Waylay now increases the damage dealt by Backstab by 5% (up from 4%).
- Meticulously Kept Blades now additionally increases the critical damage dealt by Laceration by 10/20/30%, but no longer increases the critical damage dealt by Sever Tendon.
- Calculated Frenzy no longer increases Alacrity when triggered, but now increases ranged and tech critical chance by 2/4/6% instead.
As you can see, there is quite a bit happening to increase Concealment damage in 2.6. Now, I know one of the things that came out of the brainstorming threads and the Class Reps was that you need survivability. I want to tell you that we don’t disagree with that sentiment at all! The issue that stands currently is that most of the survivability of the Operative is tied into the base class. That means that if we increase Concealment survivability, we are also going to increase how hard it is to kill a Medicine Operative. That isn’t ideal. The elder scrolls oblivion mac download.
We are still exploring options but it will take a bit of time as we tackle increasing the DPS specs survivability without doing the same for Medicine.

Here are the Lethality changes in 2.6.
- Corrosive Microbes is now a single-point skill (down from 2), but still increases the chance for Corrosive Dart to tick twice when it deals damage by 25%.
- Lethal Injectors is now a 2-point skill (up from 1), each point still increases the duration of Corrosive Dart by 3 seconds (so 2 points in the skill now increase the duration of Corrosive Dart by a total of 6 seconds, granting 2 additional ticks of damage).
